Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using IndustrialGamma (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service is
IndustrialGamma provides options analytics, gamma-exposure visualisations, statistical experiment design (DoE/ANOVA) and educational material. It is a research and information tool only. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or futures commission merchant, and we do not execute trades.
3. No investment advice
Nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy or sell any security or derivative. All outputs, including AI-generated commentary, probabilities and optimisation results, are estimates produced from models and third-party data. See our Risk Disclaimer.
4. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices and promotional codes may change; changes never apply retroactively to a period already paid.
6. Acceptable use
You may not scrape, resell, redistribute or sublicense data or analytics from the Service, reverse engineer it, share account access, circumvent plan limits, or use it to build a competing product. Automated access outside documented interfaces is prohibited.
7. Third-party data
Market data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. The Service may show cached values when a provider is unavailable; timestamps indicate data freshness.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, models and content are owned by IndustrialGamma and protected by applicable law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your subscription is active.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndustrialGamma is not liable for any trading losses or for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create legal or security risk. You may stop using the Service at any time.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
