1. Who we are
IndustrialGamma operates industrialgamma.com and is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: support@industrialgamma.com.
2. Data we collect
Account data (email, name, authentication identifiers); usage data (pages viewed, features used, optimisation runs, saved strategies and alerts); technical data (IP address, device and browser, error logs); and billing data processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.
3. How we use it
To provide and secure the Service, authenticate you, enforce plan limits, process subscriptions, send transactional and alert emails, prevent abuse, and improve product quality through aggregated analytics.
4. Legal bases
Performance of our contract with you (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, product analytics), consent (marketing email, where applicable) and legal obligations (accounting and tax records).
5. Processors we use
Supabase (authentication, database, storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional and alert email), Google Analytics 4 (usage analytics), and market-data providers for the quotes rendered in the app. These providers process data on our instructions under their own security commitments.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies for session management and analytics identifiers to measure usage. You can block analytics cookies via your browser or an ad blocker without losing core functionality.
7. Retention
Account and subscription records are retained while your account is active and for as long as required for legal, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes. Operational logs are retained for a limited period, typically no longer than 12 months.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and CCPA/CPRA) you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or object to certain processing, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal data — we do not sell personal data. Email us to exercise these rights.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access to production systems is restricted, and database access is governed by row-level security so users can only read their own records. No system is perfectly secure; report suspected issues to our support address.
10. International transfers
Our processors may store or process data outside your country, including in the United States, under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
11. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
12. Changes
We will post updates to this policy here and, for material changes, notify you in-app or by email.
